There are now six MICRO+™ vials. Four vials have 300µL glass inserts fused into the standard 12 x 32mm outer vial and two have 900µL fused glass inserts. Having the inserts fused in place means that they are much easier to use than the traditional separate components. |

NEW SCREW TOP VIALS

The 4-SVQ is similar to the traditional 4mL screw top vial but has the same 9mm thread as the 2mL wide neck screw top vials. This means that considerable savings may be made by stocking only one type of cap in the laboratory. |

The WebSeal™ range of micro titer plate products has been developed and expanded to include closures for 384 plates with round and square wells together with a new mat designed to be compatible with DMSO. |

COMPOSITE MAGNETIC HEADSPACE CAPS

Magnetic caps, are usually made from a hard material needed for its magnetic characteristics, and this makes them very hard to seal and almost impossible to de-cap for sample recovery. Chromacol’s new composite caps with an aluminium skirt to the cap are easier to seal and give better results. |

Pending The Chromacol 9-SC range of screw caps has been extended to include a much wider range of seals to suit particular autosamplers and a wider range of solvents. This means that our 2mL and 4mL vials can use the same 9mm screw caps. |

2-RV and 2-RV(A) are wide neck snap cap vials. These new vials have a SNAP-CAP, easy seal system, which eliminates the need for any crimping tools and allows easy sample recovery without the use of a de-capper. |
