SHIMADZU LC AUTOSAMPLERS

 

These autosamplers depend on the use of screw top vials. They also rely on the use of a white or yellow plastic to allow the vial detection system to operate correctly. Shimadzu’s SIL-10Axi works best with a pre-cut seal such as our 8-ST14X. For the rest of the range our PTFE discs or our ST-101 seals are recommended. Some later versions of the Shimadzu autosampler are compatible with our WebSeal™ products.

  06-PESV 600µL, polyethylene screw top vial with an internal tapered profile.
  06-PPSV 600µL, polypropylene screw top vial with an internal tapered profile.
  RECOMMENDED CAPS
  8-SCJ(W) White screw cap, no seal. Has wider flange suitable for Japanese autosamplers wich suspend the vial by the cap. The 8-SCJ(Y) yellow may also be used.
  RECOMMENDED SEALS
  8-ST101 1mm thick blue silicone/PTFE seal. Shore hardness value 30.
  8-ST143 1.4mm thick white silicone/whitePTFE seal. Shore hardness value 20.
  8-ST14X 1.4mm thick blue silicone/PTFE seal. Pre-cut
  8-T02 0.25mm thick, white PTFE disc type seal. Not resealable

  12-ST143 1mm thick white silicone/PTFE. Shore hardness value 30.

  01-CVG 100µL, clear glass, crimp top, round bottom vial, wit needle guide, made from inert CHROMACOL GOLD™ grade glass. The above 3 vials use the SV-S12A support.

  8-AC7 Aluminium crimp cap fitted with a type 7, rubber/PTFE seal. Shore hardness value 60.
  8-AC-ST101 Aluminium crimp cap fitted with a blue silicone/PTFE seal. Shore hardness value 30. Good for ECD
  8-AC-ST101X Aluminium crimp cap fitted with a pre-cut blue silicone/PTFE seal.
  8-ACT Aluminium crimp cap fitted with a plain PTFE disc seal. Does not re-seal.
  8-PECIX Polyethylene SNAP CAP™ pre-cut.
Table 4 LOW VOLUME INSERTS FOR USE WITH 2-SV, 2-SV(A), 2-SVG
  2-MTV 200µL, clear glass, tapered low volume insert. Needs MTS-1 support.
  2-NV 200µL, clear glass, low volume, flat bottom insert. No support needed.
Note SIL-10AXi 06-PESV and 06-PPSV are not suitable for use in the SIL-10AXi
